Do you want
to learn how to gain weight fast? If the title of this article captured
your attention, chances are that you are sick and tired of not seeing the
weight on the weighing scale budge upwards. You may have just gotten home from
the giant buffet dinner and yet, the scale won't budge. You could live on
sheer junk food for every meal but your highly charged metabolism would simply

guilty of preaching a few of those!

that they are usually followed up with the same old regurgitated blah, blah,
blah that only tells you what to do and does not reveal practical how-to
action-steps. Ah….you must take correct and informed action to succeed in
anything right?
If you have been struggling for
your entire life trying to pack
on extra muscle mass and still consider yourself underweight, then you are
not alone. I was once skinny and scrawny myself. People who are predisposition
to being thin and skinny are commonly called "hardgainers." This is a cool way
to label your scrawny thin frame despite the fact that your body turns into a
number 2 pencil when you are wearing yellow! Do you consider that as being
cool?
Skinny Punk To Muscular Hunk!
It is really not your fault for being skinny and
thin. The stark reality is that you have been cursed or blessed (it depends on
who's opinion) with traits like a Lamborghini charged metabolism, giraffe like
limbs and the puny strength of a frail man.
You
have to fight with every cell in your body to do something about your small
frame and to keep up to your buddies who seem to grow muscle just by sneezing
and seriously, those muscle hunks used to piss me off just as much you! The
happy problem is that I am now no longer a skinny punk and is now one of those
muscular hunks. You too can be a handsome hunk if you want to and take

Athough you think your genetic
disposition have sentenced you to a life of frailty, I am a living proof that

Guys/Girls Must Play By Different Rules
If you are
underweight and scrawny, then your first step to gaining weight is to
understand that you must play by a different set up rules. Taking advice from
someone who puts on muscle weight easily is like taking financial advice from
someone who inherited a fortune.
You must
think out of the rigid the box and stop giving the excuse of being a "natural
hard gainer". Now is time to stop listening to all the negative people or even
your own negative
limiting beliefs, who have told you that is impossible to gain weight
because of your genetic predisposition. Regardless of what you have been led
to believe, you do have the potential to build an impressive body that turns
heads and even intimidates! Yes, you read that right, Intimidates!
If you
have been reading this far, I can safely assume that you are sick and tired of
looking like a flag pole and is determined to do something about it! You are
prepared to overload your metabolism for explosive muscle growth, to ensure
you are never referred to as underweight, scrawny, thin or skinny ever again!

How
To Gain Weight Fast By Double It Up - One of the most practical steps you
can take is to double whatever you arepresently eating starting from now. If
you are eating one chicken breast at each meal, then cook up two from now on.
If you are only eating two slices of bread, then make it four. If you are
eating one handful of nuts, then make it two handfuls. If you are consuming
only two scoops of protein powder each day, then make it four.
You know
what? Chances are that you are only a few dozen meals away from filling out
your underdeveloped body parts and attracting the attention of that sexy girl
at beach. That sounds heartening isn't it? So would you agree that you really
have no good excuse not to shovel down a larger percentage of calories by
doubling it up?
Live
Your Life Around Food – Of course you do know that you must eat every 2-3
hours, but how well do you go about it? Simple, just set your alarm to go off
every 2 to 3 hours so that you are able to reinforce the habit of eating
absolutely not a second late for each meal! Don't turn off the alarm until you
start eating.
Make
very sure that you are eating your first meal of the day within 15-30 minutes
after waking up - absolutely no later. This first meal of the day should
always consist of REAL food to flood your body with quality nutrition. I will
question your weight
gaining commitment if you are too lazy to wake up 15 minutes earlier to
eat a real meal.
Use
Big Eating Utensils - If you want to bulk, then you have to eat like The
Hulk. Do you actually think that The Hulk eats out of a small plate or a puny
bowl? If you are aiming to get big and huge, you are going to require larger
amount of food, most likely close to double of what you are presently eating.
So go
get big eating utensils! Surround yourself with BIG because most of the time,
hardgainers are nothing more than "under eaters." If you struggle to complete
a meal, then a bigger serving on a bigger plate will make the meal look small!

Never
Train With Weights Hungry - How many times have you woken up, whipped up a
protein shake and then headed off to the gym? Or maybe you had a long
afternoon and missed a few meals and then head to the gym for a weight
training session after work?
I
thought this was common sense to avoid, until a few of my skinny clients
confessed that they were showing up for their weight training having only
eaten a piece of fruit and some crackers the entire day! After dropping the 50
pound plate on my foot out of utter shock and amazement, they assured me that
they were not hungry. I can't help but yelled back at them , "Yeah, that is
because your metabolism is in starvation mode and had shut right down, you
skinny pencil neck geek!"
I do
understand that training in the morning is the only time for some people,
however I recommend to aim for a minimum of at least three solid meals in your
system before weight training or eat the biggest meal of your day immediately
after your morning workout. I mean, how
can your muscles grow big if you are not feeding them?
Now,
would you take the car out on a cross country journey with a half empty fuel
tank? Of course not, unless you wanted the car to sputter off and you having
to push it the rest of the way, isn't it? So why would you take your body
through a grueling training session on an empty stomach without any food as
fuel and nutrients?
Eat
Nutrient Dense Foods - Focus on calorie rich foods that are loaded with
healthy nutrients. Avoid foods with empty calories, which means there is
little or no nutritional value in the calories you are eating. Why would you
consume a 600-calorie meal that is loaded with fat and sugar which does
nothing but make you feel sluggish and soft? Instead, eat high calorie meals
loaded with complex carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and fibe
so that you can gain
healthy weight.
Drink
Protein And Carb Shakes When Working out - How hard is to sip on a
calorie-rich drink during your weight training sessions? Simply mix up a 2:1
ratio of carbohydrate to protein with one liter of water and you instantly
have a few extra hundred calories per day. If you have an extra workout drink
before your workout and another after your weight training and that is easily
an extra one pound per week. Only use this technique if you are weight
training at a very high intensity.
Eat,
Eat And Eat Again - Did you say, "I'll throw up if I eat all day?" Perhaps
so, you may or may not puke, but this means that you are testing your body
limit and pushing your body's threshold. Don't fret too much about it because
you will get used to it and your body will require more food as you gain more
muscles and as your metabolism increases. Just think that if you are not
eating, you are not growing, and if you are not growing then you are staying
the same scrawny self. That is not what you want, isn't it?
