Cure Ugly Cellulite
So you want to get rid of your ugly cellulite
forever? This article will address the causes and symptoms of cellulite and
then will point to you information on how to get rid of it forever.
Cellulites are those lumpy fat bulges or orange peel fat dimples that you find
difficult to lose, no matter how much you workout at the gym or diet.
Cellulite is a very common physical condition affecting up to 90% of women
with varying severity. The condition is more common in older women, although
it can also affect some teenage girls too.

What is Cellulite and how to reduce dimple orange peel skin?
There are three layers of body fat under the skin.
The top layer which is the subcutaneous is where cellulite occurs. The other
two layers are where unused calories are stored as fat. Although cellulite
does not occur in these layers, however for fat people, the two bottom layers
push out the top cellulite layer making it even more noticeable. That is why
some people mistakenly thought that only obese people suffer from cellulite
condition. You and I know that this is not true.
In the subcutaneous layer, there is a
mesh-like fibrous connective tissue called septae. Septae forms a network of
compartments, in which fat cells in the body are located. This fibrous
tissue's functions are to keep the pack the fat cells together, provide
structural support for the skin and to insulate the body. In cellulite, the
subcutaneous fat cells are pushed upwards and the septae is pushed downwards
which cause the fat cells being squeezed into small bulges, lumps and the
orange peel look. The problem is compounded by the aging process as a woman's
skin begins to become thinner and her septae become more fibrous. This results
in the worsening of cellulite's appearance.

Unlike women, men have different fibrous septae
structure and this is the main reason why men rarely suffer from unsightly
cellulite condition. Women also have less collagen in their skin making their
cellulite more visible. Furthermore, women also have a higher percentage of
body fat, especially in the thighs and hips.
Cellulite is has been traditionally classified as
a cosmetic condition and only until recently, cellulite was not even
acknowledged in medical literatures. It is now known that changes over time in
the body's skin structure actually lead to the transformation of fat cells
into ugly orange peel cellulite.

Cellulite
develops in five stages:-
Reduced
blood microcirculation starves and weakens the surrounding tissue, making it
more susceptible to cellulite. Reduced venous flow means that there is higher
fluid retention and pooling of the blood. Reduced lymphatic drainage means
that lymph fluids, which normally carry waste products away from the cells,
are trapped in the area. The septae connective tissue may then begin to become
more fibrous.
In this
early stage of cellulite development the changes to the body are not visible
to the naked eye.
-
Second
Stage – When circulation is restricted, the capillaries and veins become
weakened and leak blood into the surrounding tissue. This increases the
pressure in the tissue, and restricts circulation and fluid drainage further.
You may
notice you now have thicker and tenderer skin than usual. You may also notice
skin discoloration or broken veins at this stage. The skin may also bruise
more easily. However, there is no visible appearance of cellulite just yet.

Fourth
Stage - The stagnant lymphatic fluid cause the fibrous septae to congeal into
thicker fibers. Cells deprived of oxygen and nutrients may also become
incorporated into the fibers adding to the fibers' thickness.
These
affected fibers begin to trap and squeeze the fat cells, which press on the
surrounding tissue and reduce even more circulation in the area. As a result
of the lack of circulation, the skin may feel cold when you touch it.
-
Fifth
Stage - As the result of the high pressure, blood circulation is re-routed
around the cellulite area. Septae fibers continue to grow until the fat cells
are completely trapped. Although body fat is still stored in these cells, it
is not efficiently removed from it with dieting or exercise workouts because
of the poor circulation.
The thick
fibers, trapped fat cells and stagnant fluids form a huge honeycomb structure
called steatomes. This causes the lumps and bumps that is what is known as
cellulite.
