Weight Loss Motivation For Girls
Ladies, if you are reading this article, I can
safely presume that most of you have tried to lose weight to get the slender
well toned body of your desire.
You probably
would have tried various types of excruciating diets, exercising your butt off
or even spent thousands of dollars on diet pills or slimming treatments, but
the weight you lost, if any seems to be coming back again and again or worse,
you did not lose any weight at all.
Am
I describing you accurately?

If so, this is because everyone’s body
reacts differently to varying degrees to weight loss stimulants and efforts.
So the best solution in losing excess weight permanently is to get expert
guidance who can plan a healthy eating and exercise program for you to lose
weight fast, healthily and naturally.
If you think
that you are not ready to take that direction yet, then perhaps your desire
for losing weight is not strong enough. Perhaps, you may even have limiting
beliefs that you are unable to lose weight and keeping them off permanently
for various reasons such as your genetic disposition.
Do you know
something? For most women, being unable to lose weight is because they do not
know why they want to lose weight. They do not have a clear focus on what the
end result will be and how they will look like. All they have in mind is that
“I must lose weight”.
By thinking I
MUST, the effort they take to lose weight is then a terrible chore because
it is no longer what you desire and look forward to but it is what you must
do. You may start of with a degree of enthusiasm, but that enthusiasm will
soon wane and you will either give up or going through the weight loss program
half heartedly and of course, doing anything half heartedly will yield, what
else, half hearted results, isn’t it?
Why do you want to lose weight, ladies?
Firstly, you need to know why you want to lose
weight. Is it for health or for aesthetic reasons? By knowing why you want to
lose weight, you will then have the end result of what you desire in your
mind.
For instance, if you want to lose weight for a
health reason such as attaining mobility and flexibility because you find it
such a chore for you to climb up a flight of stairs or to get into a small car
comfortably, then you can create a future image of you in your mind of what
you really want to be, such as jogging along the beach with your partner
effortlessly and enjoying every minute of it or imagining vividly that you are
in a yoga class stretching so flexibly that even your teenage daughter can’t.
Or,
if you want to lose weight to look better for aesthetic reasons, then picture
yourself sun tanning on a golden beach in the Bahamas with the cool sea breeze
blowing gently on your face or visualize yourself already having a fabulous
female fitness body cat walking in your bikini to the roar of an appreciating
audience.
How
did that feel? Simply awesome, don't you think so?

Use your imagination, it is free after all!
The more vivid your imagination, the more your adrenalin will rush and the
more your goals are crystallized and entrenched. Now that you know what you do
want, then you will know how to look for information, events and circumstances
that can lead you to the
perfect body shape of your desire.
Although
you were motivated to lose weight before, those motivations were obviously not
powerful enough, so empower them with these vivid imaginations and
visualizations so that your desire and motivation will soar to new heights to
get the physique that you want.
So,
relax, close your eyes, take a deep breath, hold it and then let it out
slowly. Do that a few more times and picture in your mind the body and health
that you desire and that the person in that mental picture is you. Imagine it
as real as possible where you can actually feel that you are there, you can
smell it, feel it and feeling real proud and good about it. Now, with your
eyes still shut, enjoy and savor every moment of it deliciously. Do you now
feel the surge of motivation welling up in you to start losing weight fast?
Then
when you open your eyes, start jotting down what you are going to do to get
that perfect body that you and every women want and start doing it. Do this
exercise every day for 10 to 15 minutes each time.
