Think And Grow Younger
We all know that as we get older, time seems to
move faster but our bodies seem to slow down and it seems that mother nature
enjoy playing this joke on us older folks. Although we cannot avoid the
effects of aging, we can avoid feeling old and miserable.
You
see, you are never too old to start feeling young or too young to keep
yourself from aging prematurely. So go and find out simple ways to feel good
for the rest of your life and you will be glad that you did. It is all a
matter of your mindset to choose feeling old or not, don't you agree?

Overwhelming research has conclusively proven that
with the combination of the right foods, the good nutrients and the right
lifestyle choices can help you take control of your health and lead to a
longer, fuller, happier and a more fulfilling life. So why don't you choose
this path of happiness and good health?
The
first thing you can do is making a commitment to think and act younger to slow
down the aging process. Set realistic goals and realize your reason for
wanting to become younger such as to look better, feel better, live longer or
even all of the above!
How To Be Younger
Take for example, if you own an expensive luxury
car, you would only fill it with top grade fuel to keep it running in perfect
condition, won't you? Your body is the most precious thing you have and so why
are you filling it with chemically laced fatty junk food, poisonous cigarette
fumes or gallons of liver destroying alcohol? You do know that prevention is
the best cure for most health problems older people face, don't you? Now you
do.
So
eat more green leafy vegetable such as spinach, just like Popeye. This
vegetable is loaded with tons of nutrients, low in calories and contains plant
derived omega 3 fatty acids, which most people don't get enough of. Along with
your greens, consume more berries. These colorful berries contain polyphenols,
which help to lower inflammation, plus they supply fiber, vitamin C and they
taste good. Blueberries are my favorite, but just find a berry you like as
they are all loaded with good nutrients. Better yet, supplement yourself with human

If you can't get enough of good
nutrients from your meals, then supplement them with multi-vitamins or other

and the more you moved, the lower your risk. You don't have to be an elite
athlete to get exercise as you can literally do it anywhere.
For example, most household chores can be
counted as a form of exercise or go take a walk every day and enjoy it. Do
some gardening now and then. Do some crunches or pushups during your TV
commercial breaks.
Exercise is not difficult to do and that it
is crucial for leading a long, happy and healthy life. It also increases blood

Just remember, you are not entitled to good
health, you have to earn it, however the effort is worth it and so much more
