7 Minute Workout
Can't Find Time To Workout?
Who are you kidding? People are always asking me
how do I keep in such good physical shape and condition at my not so young
age and when I reply that they can be in the same condition if they will just
spend 3 - 4 days a week to exercise, many of them will come up with the
biggest excuse in the world. What is that absurd excuse?
Yes, they claim that they can't find the
time to exercise as they are all busy people. Oh, really (smirk)?
You know something, I will be upfront with
you and shove the excuse in your face if you are one of them. Before you nuke
me into oblivion for not understanding your busy predicament, let me explain
why you definitely can find time to exercise to keep in shape.
How often do you workout?
|
Do you know that all it takes is only one percent
of your time to workout to keep in shape and to have a healthy body? Let me
reiterate that to you again. All it really takes is only 1% of your time every
week to keep yourself in tip top condition!
Here is the sum. You see, if you only
dedicate 25 minutes a day to exercise for say, 4 days a week, that is a total
sum of 100 total minutes per week. Think about it, a 24 hr day consist of 1440
minutes and if you multiply that by 7 days, you have a total of 10,080 minutes
a week.
|
So think about it. If you spend only 100 minutes a
week dedicated to a good exercise program and divide that into the 10,080
minutes that you have in a week, the 100 minutes is only about 1% of your
total time in a given week. Yes, only 1% of your time and that's it! And if
you still can't find the time to workout, then click Shortest
Workout Program
Brace yourself, I am going to rub it in
further. Did I hear you say that 100 minutes is the equivalent of 1hr 20mins a
week and that is still a lot of time. Spending 1hr 20mins a week is a lot of
time to keep fit and be at tip top condition? Who are you bluffing?
Ok, let me ask you a question. How many
hours a week do you spend sitting infront of your TV, surfing the net for
pleasure or reading some frivolous magazines or paparazzi? Do I need to go
on? I'd better not, because it would cause further embarrasment if I continue
to tear down the excuse of not having time to exercise.
Now I am going to pull out the final
plug. If you still insist that 25 minutes a day, 4 days a week is a lot of
time, what if I tell you that you can have a good workout with only 7 mins a
day? Ridiculous, you say? Then if 25 mins is too much time and 7 mins is
ridiculous, you must be running out of excuses to present your case of having
no time to workout, aren't you?
Ok....if you are still incredulous at how
you need to spend only 7 mins a day to workout and get the results you want, I
will let my friend, Jon Benson, a well known fitness author and international
trainer to show you how at How
