2) Never skip

shake with at least 250 calories upon waking up in the morning.

this and keep the meal's size within reasonable limit. A 1,500 calorie meal at

found out that people who monitored their diet and exercise goals most
frequently are more likely to achieve them than people who rarely review their
goals.
Everybody have abs muscle. You cannot see
your awesome abs is because they are concealed beneath the layer of your belly
