Why Is It More Difficult To Lose Weight For A Woman?

The answer is that both men and women find it hard to body fat for different reasons. The main reason why men and women both have a hard time losing weight is because of poor nutrition. However, most women are better informed on food choices, but men continue to eat as if they were still in college when they were very active playing sports. This is why men, on the part of eating habits, will have a harder time losing weight because no matter how much they exercise, they are still eating too many calories.



The second reason men and women struggle with fat loss is because their metabolism decreases over time due to muscle loss and reduced activity as they age.
