Woman?
Is it true that it is easier for a man to lose

answer is that both men and women find it hard to body fat for different
reasons. The main reason why men and women both have a hard time losing weight

However, most women are better informed on
food choices, but men continue to eat as if they were still in college when
they were very active playing sports. This is why men, on the part of eating

The second reason men and women struggle

cardio program lost only 6 to 8 pounds, even though they exercised up to 6
days a week. In another study, a group of women did not lose any weight at all
even after 15 weeks of cardio training three times a week! Miserable, isn't
it? On the other hand, a group of women in the same study that did interval
training were able to lose much more fat.
Where social support is concerned, this is
where the girls win hands down. You see, most men try to do everything on
their own as they prefer to be independant not realizing that it is easier to
lose weight with social support.
In contrast, most women prefer to get help
or to have friends and family to start a weight loss program together. The
social support program provides competition, thus more fun and also with good
company to support each other, they stay on the program longer.
The next problem is that most guys and gals
just show up at the gym without a proper weight loss plan not knowing that
without a professional plan, they can't lose
weight successfully most of the time. To lose the most amount of weight in
the shortest time, they should follow a proper weight loss program containing
these three elements, a good diet plan, weight resistance training and a
properly supervised interval cardio training.
