drink less sugar laden coffee or sodas. If you are on the move frequently,

Try taking the stairs instead of the elevator or
lift. By doing this, you are having an aerobic workout as well as burning more
calories. This does not mean that you need to hop up 10 flights of stairs.
Start gradually by taking a flight or two
everyday and increase the flights as you get fitter. In time to come, the
numbers will add up and turn into results.
