No Time To Workout?
Do you know that you can build slabs of muscles
all over your body without spending hours in the gym every other day? If you
are working out in a gym for hours almost everyday and find that your muscles
are not growing as much as you would have wanted, then you are probably
overtraining or you are doing the wrong exercises for rapid and effective
muscle growth. On top of that, you are often having trouble to find time to

I always have a good laugh when someone walks up

more than twice a week. Yes, you read that right!
In fact after 3-4 months of working out, I
will further take a month long break and even the devil himself could not
tempt me into the gym during my break. The break is to let my body recuperate
fully before shocking my muscles to new explosive growth when I step back into
the gym again.
I always almost burst out laughing when I see the
incredulous look on their faces. Why is it that almost everyone thinks that to
build decently big and well defined muscles, you must spend hours and hours in
the gym almost everyday? No wonder so many people are put off with weight
training because they just simply do not have that kind of spare time.
In truth, you do not need to spend a lot of time
in the gym to build muscles. You just need to know the science of building
muscles so that you can have short workouts that are amazingly effective.
